Applying via our online application management system is the easiest and fastest way for you and us to succeed - we can react quickly and save you time and money. Click on the relevant job advertisement to go directly to the online application: simply fill in the mandatory fields and attach the necessary documents (cover letter, curriculum vitae, certificates). After completion of the application you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Please note: The file attachments should not exceed 5 MB and should at best be uploaded as PDF files.

As soon as your application has reached ERNI, it will be reviewed by our human resources department and the relevant department. If we have any questions afterwards, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. If your application has convinced us, we will invite you to a personal interview.

We use the personal meeting to get to know you intensively and to learn a lot about your skills, knowledge and personality. As a rule, your interlocutors are a representative of the human resources department and at least one representative of the department. Depending on the position, there may also be a second call. You should plan about 1-1.5 hours for the appointment; we will of course be happy to reimburse you the travel costs.

If you convinced us during the interview, you will receive a concrete contract offer from us after completion of the selection process.

The duration of the application process varies depending on the job advertisement and is influenced by various factors - e.g. scheduling, number of applications and interviews.
